Congrats to your new 3p mallet head.
Included in delivery :
wooden stick, screw no.1 (4,5x60mm), screw no.2 (3x20mm).
Messure your favoured lenght
of the pole.
Cut the pole with a saw
or a tube-cutter.
Throw the piece of wood into the Pole.
If the pole is too tight you´ll have to carve it in shape.
Stuff it down, till its stucked and
it can be reached by srcew no. 1
Measure the dimension of your pole 63mm from the end
to choose the rigth drill.
Open up the 10 mm hole,
which is already done in your 3p-mallet-head, to show the precise center.
Screw down the drill to mark the center on the other side of the hole.
But don’t go to deep!
Should look like this now!
Take a 3,5 mm drill to splay a hole into the opposite side of the
pole-hole. The exact point is marked.
Plug the pole into the head
till it reaches the opposite side.
Take a 1,5 mm drill and put a hole in the bridge which is on the side of the head.
Drill through the PE and even into the pole.
Open up the hole just slightly, so the head of the delivered screw no. 2
is sunk. Fixe the screw no.2
Fixed screw no.2
Take the 3,5 mm drill again and make a hole into the wooden filling to give the screw no 1 direction
and contersink the little hole just to get the screw into the head plane and smooth.
Just to make sure the the screw no.1 is guided into the right direction
while its screwed.
Your 3p mallet-head is now fixed to your pole.
Just wrap some grip-tape around and have nice games !
